HOW TO APPLY FOR PERMISSION?

To obtain permission You must fill out a form on the website, putting all the data correctly and attach a scan of the passport page with photo.

Passport details is needed to avoid mistakes when reporting to the border service of Belarus.

After receiving Your application, we will promptly process it and invoice for payment to the specified e-mail address.

After payment of the invoice we transfer the data to the border guards. Within 24 hours we receive a response from the service and send You a ready pass on Your e-mail address specified in the questionnaire.

You must print the pass and have it with you for all time spent in Belarus.

WHAT IS THE COST TO ISSUE THE PERMIT?

The cost of paperwork is calculated in each case separately, depending on the number of people applying in the group, or in person.

The cost of the minimum standard package for adults is 12 euros, children under 16 years old - 10 euros, children under 6 years old - 5 euros.

HOW LONG IS THE PERMIT?
The solution is made up to 48 hours, depending on time of payment.
HOW LONG CAN I STAY IN BELARUS FOR PERMISSION?

Permission gives the right to stay in the territory of Belarus within the time specified in the permit but not more than 15 days.

Please note that the date of entry in Belarus is considered as a full day regardless of the time of crossing the border. We recommend You to check with the employee of a border service deadline when You have to leave the country.

WHETHER A SINGLE PERMIT TO VISIT BELARUS SEVERAL TIMES?
No. Each permit entitles You to single entry into the country. For the subsequent visit to Belarus it is necessary to design a new permit.
WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO PROVIDE AT THE BORDER?

You will need a passport or other document valid for going abroad.
Permission for visa-free entry to Belarus will give You our travel Agency.
You must purchase medical insurance valid on the territory of Belarus. Can be purchased at the border.
On each day of your stay You need to have money in the amount equivalent to EUR 24 (2 basic units).
At the border You will need to fill in a migration card and keep it with you at all time of stay in Belarus.
In addition You may need to fill out a customs Declaration if you carry with You:

  • Vehicle.
  • items costing more than 500 euros or weighing more than 25kilograms.
  • Cash and (or) traveler's checks totaling more than the equivalent of 10 000 U.S. dollars.

  • Weapons and ammunition, pepper sprays, stun guns.

  • Cultural values, printed publications, books, Newspapers, photos.
  • Animals.

CAN I BE REFUSE ENTRY TO BELARUS IF YOU HAVE PERMISSION?
A permit does not guarantee entry into Belarus. The final decision, as in other cases of crossing the border, take the border officers.

CAN I TAKE MY DOG WITH ME?

The importation of dogs and cats on the territory of Belarus is allowed for personal use in an amount of not more than two heads.

Please note that the importation of Pets is permitted only with appropriate veterinary certificates with marks about the made inoculations required for travel abroad, and marks of veterinary inspections.

DO I NEED TO PAY THE FARE ON THE ROADS?

Belarus has a system of toll roads BelToll.

Please note. When coming to Belarus from Poland crossing Kuznitsa-Bruzgi, the road is the M6 toll. Recommend You a route to Grenoble through the village of Korobchitsy, as this road is free.

IN BELARUS THERE IS A SYSTEM TAXFREE?

To reclaim VAT on goods purchased in the Republic of Belarus, can buyers that do not have permanent residence in the state member of the Customs Union, which includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. The system operator Tax Free in the Republic of Belarus is the Republican unitary enterprise "Beltamozhservice".

The Tax Free service will allow You to save on purchases in the shops of Belarus and provides 15% refund of the VAT amount specified in the receipt. The Tax Free service is available with the purchase amounting to more than 80 (BYN) Belarusian rubles within one day in one store participating Tax Free.

F I CANCEL MY TRIP, WILL I BE REFUNDED THE MONEY FOR THE PERMIT?
Because you will be charged for the organization of a trip without a visa, and sending You paid for permission to e-mail the service is rendered accordingly, the money is non-refundable.
NEED TO REGISTER IN THE MIGRATION SERVICE?

Foreigners arriving in the country for more than 5 days except Sunday, public holidays and holidays declared in the Republic of Belarus inoperative, shall register with the registration authority.

No need to register for citizens of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. When you stay in hotels, motels registration is done automatically at check-in.
